The speakers at this event are Jonathan Cuthbert, Associate Director and Group Head of Health and Safety at PM Group who will provide us with his perspectives on incident investigation, root cause analysis and trends in practice and Kate McCormack BL who will discuss preparing for sentencing in light of the Court of Appeal decision in DPP v Kilsaran Concrete.
